At AdvenPack we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right with your order, we will make it right. This policy explains exactly how our return, exchange and refund process works.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

2. What Can Be Returned

• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, manuals and free gifts must be included.
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or misuse.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return or Exchange

• Defective or damaged product on arrival
• Wrong size, colour or model delivered
• Product significantly different from the website description or photos
• Missing items from your order
• Change of mind (within the 7-day window and if the item is unused)

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Items that have been used, worn, washed or altered
• Items missing tags, packaging, manuals or accessories
• Items damaged after delivery by the customer
• Free gifts, promotional items and any item sold as final sale

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Visit our Return / Exchange page or WhatsApp us on 0719288383 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order reference, reason for return, and photos of the item.
3. Our team will respond via WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm and arrange the return.
4. Once approved, we arrange courier pickup or you drop the item at the nearest Domex branch.
5. Refund or exchange is processed after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Refund Timeline

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days. Method of refund depends on how you originally paid:

• Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer to the account you provide.
• Card / online payment orders: Refunded back to the original card or wallet through the payment gateway.

7. Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour or item of equal value, we're happy to do a direct exchange at no extra shipping cost. If the replacement item is of higher value, we'll invoice the difference. If it's lower, we refund the difference.

8. Return Shipping Charges

For defective, damaged or wrong-item cases, AdvenPack covers all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, a small return shipping fee may apply — this will be communicated clearly when your return is approved.

• To process your orders and deliver them via our courier partner (Domex)
• To contact you regarding your order — confirmation calls, delivery updates, and after-sales support

3. Information Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We only share with:

• Domex Courier — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
• Payment gateway providers (e.g. PayHere) — for processing online transactions, if you choose card payment.
• Legal authorities — only if legally required to do so under Sri Lankan law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Order information is stored securely on Google Firebase — an enterprise cloud platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised AdvenPack team members via password-protected admin login. We use secure HTTPS across the entire website.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Session cookies — remember your cart contents while you browse.
• Google Analytics — anonymous traffic and usage statistics.
• Meta Pixel — helps us measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

6. Your Rights

You always have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to your information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)

1. About AdvenPack

AdvenPack is a Sri Lankan e-commerce business owned and operated by Hiran Kanchana, offering premium backpacks, gym equipment and fitness accessories that we design and manufacture locally.

2. Placing an Order

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Prices displayed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are shown transparently at checkout before you confirm the order.
• Once placed, you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number.

3. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives.
• Online payments — where available through our approved payment gateway partners (card, wallet).

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at no charge before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may instead use the return process after delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp 0719288383 to cancel a pending order.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is handled by our courier partner Domex Express.
• Standard delivery time: 1–3 working days within Western Province, 3–5 working days for other provinces.
• We do our best to meet delivery estimates but cannot guarantee exact times due to courier network variables.
• If the recipient is unavailable, Domex will make two retry attempts before the order is returned to us.

6. Product Descriptions & Colours

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to camera lighting, screen calibration and personal device differences. Minor variations are not grounds for return unless the product is materially different from what was advertised.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Please read that policy carefully — it is part of these Terms.

8. Warranty

All AdvenPack products carry an implicit quality warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a defect due to manufacturing quality within a reasonable period, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on advenpack.com — including logos, product photography, designs, text and code — is the property of AdvenPack. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content commercially without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, admin panel or customer data
• Using the site to defraud, harass or harm other users or the business
• Scraping, mass-downloading, or reselling our content
• Placing fake or fraudulent orders

11. Limitation of Liability

AdvenPack's total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (loss of profit, business interruption, etc.) arising from use of our products or website.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Sri Lanka.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
